My son as superman.
This next one I think he was a character from Super Mario but I'm not sure.
This was when he was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, if you remember them LOL
This last one I don't have an individual picture of him and I'm not sure what he was. He's the one with the things sticking out of his head lol.
Now, check over at Jenny Matlock's to see what tremendous words people came up with for their Alphabe-Thursday. http://jennymatlock.blogspot.com/2010/06/alphabe-thursday-t.html
Hi Viki!
ReplyDeleteHow cute is he??? Such darling little outfits!! I always loved Treat or Treat, just to see the imaginations of the custom makers! I certainly was surprised at what some people could dream up!
Thanks for sharing with us!
An excellent T choice, Viki! The photos are darling!
ReplyDeleteOh I love this Vikki...you know Halloween is my favorite time of year...the entire Fall season is...but this night...Party time...last year my 13 year old had a garage party...I think I had more fun than the kids:) No they had a blast too. Such cute kids here and their costumes.

ReplyDeleteHappy "T"day!
My parents grew up in a little village in Derbyshie, England. Every year, they would have a 'wakes week' (sort of a village carnival). For the little kiddies there was a fancy dress parade. I still have certificates which 'I' won. (Of course, all I had to do was stand and show off mum's creatively created costumes!). Unfortunately, the needlework gene by-passed me completely:(
ReplyDeleteLove that time of the year and all the excitment! Cute kids! Thanks for sharing.

SOOOOO cute! I love your T choice! I love Halloween...my sister and I are both October babies so we've always been big on celebrating around the Halloween holiday. I love costumes and seeing all the kids in theirs! Fun, fun!
ReplyDeleteI laugh because my son, now 25, is cuter these days at Halloween, than he ever was as a child - at least at Halloween. His girlfriend of three years, a Cal Poly fellow track mate ( he graduated two years ago ) is a design engineer major ( graduating in two weeks ) and I've never seen anyone so creative. Their costumes are hysterical and delightful. One year, they went as a queen bee and a worker bee - last year, he was a crab fishing boat and she was a crab. She is so good with detail and I can't wait every year to see what will come next.
ReplyDeleteAt 65, I've done it! My poetry book - Life's Journey by Carmen Henesy - is out on Amazon!
( Poems about the things that have been important to me in my journey through life, some humorous, some sad, some that may have meaning to you as well )

Isn't it great looking back at those pictures of our children and remembering their childhood. Great post.
ReplyDeletecute and smart photos,
ReplyDeletelovely T post!
Cute photos! Great idea for Alphabet Thursday.
ReplyDeleteI always loved making Halloween costumes, and was so sad the first year no one wanted a new, homemade costume. This brought back great memories!
ReplyDeleteI love trick or treaters!! And yes, I do remember the turtles. My nephew loved them. I think he still does, and he's all growed up! haha.
ReplyDeleteHi, thanks for your comment on my trees. I had so many visitors this week because teacher put me at the front of the class!
ReplyDeleteKids in the UK have not really taken the best ideas from Trick or Treat - causes a lot of problems here
Happy Days! Great T post.
ReplyDeleteMaggie
I love Halloween costumes, I would spend hours sewing my kid's costumes! I made a Street Sharks costume with over 50 pieces but the most complicated was the Rainbow Brite costume for my daughter. They will always remember the effort that you made! Thanks for visiting my post.
ReplyDeleteLove all the Halloween pics! Such a fun time of year!!! And your little guy looks adorable in his costumes! I do remember Ninja Turtles! :-)
ReplyDeleteMy boys are older now and it would have been neat to go back and look at Halloween pics every year. I have some but not a whole bunch! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteTrick or treat is fairly new over here - not many kids get the idea that you're supposed to dress up!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great choice for T. Remember the Teenage Ninjas? I hated them! He looks like a Mario character in 2nd outfit. The last one is a stumper for sure.
ReplyDeleteI love pics of kids in costumes!
ReplyDeleteThose days were so much fun! I have pictures like that of my kids. I'm sorry that kids don't trick or treat as much anymore. Playing dress up was always fun for everyone. I enjoyed your pictures.
ReplyDeletewhat fun pictures...I think the mario character is luigi...I think.
ReplyDeleteAdorable treat or treaters~ what fun :-)
