65 & 60

Hippie turned 65 on Saturday and is now on Medicare.

I turned 60 today and got the Golden Buckeye card from the Ohio Department on Aging (it's a discount card). I also found out I'm eligible to go to the senior center, ha!

Can I just say I am astonished, amazed, stunned, and shocked by this turn of events LOL.

I'll be going out with the Dinner Friends
to drown my sorrowsto celebrate tonight.

    Hey, Happy Happy Viki without a c :) And don't worry. I'm way close to hitting the 61 BD, which means I survived the 60th just fine. It's only a number ya know. Ok, a couple of them:) Just go do something silly!

    Happy Birthday Cuz! 60 is not so bad. Trust me, I was freaked too back in Feb. when I hit the big 60.

    Hi Viki! Happy birthday! The 20th was also my youngest son's birthday. I'm not far behind you and I find it so unbelievable, too. I still feel so young...most of the time! :)
