Saturday Centus #131

The prompt this week is the picture above.  I promise next week I will come up with a dastardly written prompt.
Number of words: EXACTLY 100 words.
Style of writing: Any
Pictures: Any you want to share

“Grandma, where did you get all the pumpkins from” Charlie asked running out the back door excitedly.

“I don’t know Charlie; they just appeared on the fence this morning.”

“Wow, Santa Claus brought them.”

“I think you have your holidays mixed up.”

“No grandma, last Christmas I asked for a lot of pumpkins for Halloween this year and here they are.”

“Hey Charlie” the neighbor said over the fence.

“Hi Mr. Jones, did you see all the pumpkins Santa Claus brought me?  I told you he would bring them.”

“You certainly did” Mr. Jones said winking at Charlie’s grandma.

  5. It's nice to think there are people like this still around. I sometime get too cynical. Great take on the story and well executed!
