Alphabe-Thursday

Alphabe-Thursday time again and the color is yellow. Not too much yellow but here are some things I found

This is an old recipe box I bought probably 20 years ago filled with recipes.  I think I maybe only made one or two out all the recipes.

Unfortunately, these little yellow flowers cover our whole back yard of the grass... WEEDS

This is my pocket calendar from this year.

One of Hippies sunflowers.  He bought smaller ones this year.  I don't think we like them as well.

This is some kind of battery charger lol.

Measuring spoons.

Phone book.  We used to get two phone books White Pages and Yellow Pages.  Now we get like 5 different ones and I don't even use them, Ugh!!

That's it for the color yellow you can go check out Alphabe-Thursday at Jenny's to see what they come up with..  I'm posting this link early but Alphabe-Thursday will be up later tonight.  http://jennymatlock.blogspot.com/search/label/Alphabe-Thursday

Love the yellow spoons. If your town is like ours, they just about drown you with phone books. We get so many every year it is unreal. Hugs, Marty

Hi again,

Love the yellow in your pics and had to smile at the little yellow flowers! If it wasn't for them, our back yard would be bare in the scorching sun here! (Strange they never wilt!!)

Happy AlphabeThursday

LOLA:)

PS Mine this week is OVER HERE! Hope you've the time to stop by.

OMG...I had that recipe box. I still see them from time to time at antique malls. It was one of those deals where you got a sleeve of recipes each month and slowly filled your box. I must have either sold mine at a garage sale or donated it. I think I only made one of the recipes too!

I love the BIG sunflowers, too.

Don't take away my Yellow Pages! I love them. As much time as I spend on this dang thing, I never think to look up phone numbers and repair shops online.

So everyone out there: feel free to send me yours. I'll start a collection from all over the world. Then I'll be way cool.

I also like the really big sunflowers more than the smaller ones, but they are all the most cheerful yellows flowers. I always smile when I see one!

As much as I use google, I still pull the phone book out every once in a while - but I don't think they'll be around much longer.

Hi Viki! I love sunflowers! Big or small.

And I love how you went through your house looking for yellow.

I would have trouble finding much in our house either except for legal pads...everywhere! With little bits of writing on each one of them - ha!

Thanks for this fun stop on our little journey through Alphabe-Thursday's Rainbow Summer School!

You always make me smile.
