Although I think I pretty much don't agree with much of what Senator Paul Rand believes, I give him kudos for doing a filibuster the way its really supposed to be done.
I wish at the beginning of the year, the Senate would have changed the rules so you had to speak on the floor and not just say you were filibustering.
